Decorative and applied arts represent the birth of a modern culture in Rome.
At the end of XIX century, artists and craftmen moved from the tradition and experimented new styles and materials. Traces of this new deal can be found on glasses, mosaics, ceramic and other funerary decorations in Verano Cemetery.
The guided tour is free and will take place on May 24th at 12.00 am and on May 31th at 12.00 am from the “Guided Tours Info Point”, within cemetery, next to the main entrance in Verano’s Square.
