This year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place from 2nd to 4th of October 2014 in the hotel “Silken Diagonal Barcelona” in Barcelona.
To make the reservation, clients have to contact the hotel via e-mail reservas.diagonal@hoteles-silken.com, identifying with the group name ASCE 2014 AGM R.748590 and providing the date of arrival and departure along with a credit card number as guarantee.
There are special rates for ASCE members from October 1st to 4th:
- Room Single Use “ Confort Room”: 125,00€ / room / night
- Double Room “ Confort Room” : 138,00€ / room / night
Breakfast and 10% VAT is included in the price.
The City Tax is 1,21€ / day / person and it is not included in the price.
Any request made before or after the dates confirmed by the group will depend of the hotel availability. We can not guarantee the same prices or availability.
The deadline for reservations is the September 8th 2014.
